Prime Lens Challenge Windsor
Watford Camera Club managed to go ahead with their annual “Prime Lens Challenge” on Sunday 1st August with 22 members enjoying a superb day out wandering around the highways, walkways and waterways of Windsor.
On a fine dry day we were very excited to meet up for the first time post COVID and enjoy great company and share photographic opportunities. Acting very responsibly in the circumstances we wandered along the banks of Thames then up to the Castle, around the streets and even managed a fine lunch at Cafe Rouge.
The Prime Lens challenge involves the use of a camera and a single fixed focal length lens to capture competition level images. On our first night back on September 2nd (fingers crossed!) each of the 22 members will be able to submit up to 2 images each which will be judged for the ultimate winner. Can anyone prevent Patrick Seehanach from having his name engraved on the trophy for the 3rd year running?
