Exhibition 2023
Our Annual Exhibition will be held from 9.00am on Saturday 22nd April until 2.00pm on Sunday 30th April.;

All members are invited to participate. You may enter up to 5 PDI images and 5 Prints. Due to limited space we may have to cull the number of prints we can display, so please enter your prints in order of preference as there is a chance that your least favourite prints will not be used. There is no issue with space with PDI entries so all 5 of these will be included in the exhibition. To clarify, enter your favourite print first, second favourite second and so on. We only have enough space to hang around 65 images.
Trophies and Awards are offered in the following categories for both Print and PDI:
- Best in Exhibition.
- Best Portrait.
- Most Original.
- Best Monochrome.
- Best Wildlife.
- Best Landscape
There are also awards for second and third place plus six highly commended and six commended.
Images must be uploaded by midnight on Sunday 19th February 2023.
Please note that prints must be mounted in white or cream/off white mounts only.
Judging will take place on Saturday 25th February at the Friends Meeting House. Prints need to be at the hall at 9.00am at the latest, judging begins at 9.15am. (Please aim for 8.30am to help those organising labels etc.)
We will need help putting out the prints and framing them.
We will be needing volunteers to steward for the duration of the exhibition. We ask that all exhibitors sign up for at least a couple of hours each. Timetable is as follows:
Saturday 22nd April 9.00am – 5.00pm
Sunday 23rd April 11.00am – 5.00pm
Monday 24th to Friday 28th April 10.00am – 5.00pm
Saturday 29th April 9.00am – 5.00pm
Sunday 30th April 11.00am – 2.00pm
(Take down is 2.00pm – 3.00pm. Please collect your prints at 2.00pm or arrange for someone to collect them for you)
