Our annual exhibition will be held between Saturday 23rd March 2019 to Saturday 6th April at;

Members may submit up to 5 images for Prints and up to 5 images for Projected. It is likely that we will have insufficient space to show 5 prints for everyone, given our expanding membership so please submit your prints in order of preference as we may only have room to show 1-3 prints per member. Projected images will not be culled as they will be shown on a rolling projection.
There are trophies for both Prints and PDIs in the following categories:
- Most Original.
- Best Portrait.
- Best Landscape.
- Best Wildlife.
- Best Monochrome.
- Best Overall.
In addition there are certificates for 2nd and 3rd places in each category plus Highly Commended and Commended images. Images should be submitted using the format used for regular internal competitions, i.e. 1400 x 1050 pixels wide in sRGB colour space. Only images that have not been entered in previous exhibitions may be submitted.
The fee to enter the exhibition £5, plus you must agree to at least 2 hours stewarding. If you cannot carry out your stewarding commitments and still want to enter then a £20 fee will be levied. All fees payable in advance of entering.
All images must be submitted by midnight, Sunday 3rd February.

This year, we have the opportunity to sell images. We are setting a standard price of £49, from which 20% commission will be payable to Henderson Hub. So, each image sold will make you a £34 profit. You may sell any displayed image, print or projected and may sell the same image several times. You just have to print as many as is required. It will be up to the author to liaise with the buyer to determine whether or not to mount the images as well as print them as some buyers may want to mount them themselves.
Exhibition set up will Friday 22nd March PM and take down on Sunday 7th April AM.
The exhibition will open on Saturday 23rd March 2019 at 09:30 and close on Saturday 6th April at 4.30pm. We need volunteers to steward the exhibition; opening times are as follows:
Saturday 23rd March: 09:30 – 16:30.
Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays: 09:30 – 16:30.
Fridays: 12:30 – 16:30.
Saturday 30th March: 13:00 – 16:30.
Saturday 6th April: 1300 – 16:30
We will set up a rota for members to sign up to steward. There is a bar and café at the venue.
