Programme

6 members will be given about 15 minutes each to present and talk about some of their images. It used to be 6 photographs by 6 members but now we are more flexible on the number of images. 15 minutes is the important thing, 20 minutes is an absolute limit.

A chance to discuss and critique some images from last season's competition entries. We all have differing opinions and we want to hear yours.

Our first 'league' competition of the season as we start with the first PDI (Projected Digital Images) offerings. A visiting judge will discuss, critique and score images entered by members in one of our 3 leagues. Two images allowed per author of any genre. (No Set Subject this week.)

We welcome a very high quality external photographer who will present her talk entitled 'Odd Things'. Diane is a talented 'creative' photographer who will talk us through some of her work and will inspire us, i am sure.

Two parts (possibly 3) to this evening. We have a very brief EGM (less than 10 minutes hopefully) where our final accounts for last season are presented. 
We also have our Annual Awards event with 26 trophies being presented and 41 recipients of various certificates. Hopefully all last season's winners can be there to receive the plaudits.
If time allows - who knows what? A surprise?

We welcome David Gibson to the Camera Club. He is a highly rated, qualified and experienced photographer of 'Street' photography. A subject which will be achievable for all members.

Our league competitions season continues with Print 1 (2 images of your choice) PLUS Set Subject 1 (PDI) on the loose heading of 'Fast & Furious' - 1 image only on the set subject.

We will set up a number of activities for members to try their hands at Macro photography. So bring you camera and a close up lens and learn about this fascinating topic with some hands on table top photography.

A good friend and regular visitor to WCC over the years is coming to present his talk entitled 'Eloquent Landscape'. Featuring images captured from Iceland to Stoke Common and many places in between. Be prepared for an eloquent presenter on an Eloquent topic - some of which will be almost abstract landscapes.
